Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases of products and services offered by Zuztec Media LLC (“Zuztec Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or completing a payment, you (“the client” or “you”) agree to the terms below. We are committed to client satisfaction and to fair, transparent billing.

2. Billing Descriptor

Charges from Zuztec Media LLC will appear on your card or bank statement as ZUZTEC MEDIA. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — see Section 8.

3. Scope of Services

Zuztec Media LLC provides digital media and creative services, including web development, creative design, digital marketing, SEO, brand consulting, and related digital deliverables. Because our work is custom and service-based, refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the stage of the project at the time of the request.

4. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated according to the following conditions:

Full Refund. A full refund may be issued if the request is submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase and no work has commenced on the order, or where required under our satisfaction guarantee.

Partial Refund. If work has begun but the deliverable has not been completed or delivered, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the work completed and resources already committed.

No Refund. Refunds will not be issued once a final deliverable has been completed, delivered, or accepted; for completed milestones in a phased project; or for services explicitly marked non-refundable at the time of purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Services that have been fully rendered and delivered
  • Custom or personalized work completed to the agreed specifications
  • Third-party costs, licensing fees, or platform charges (e.g., ad spend, domain, hosting) incurred on your behalf
  • Promotional, discounted, or final-sale offers explicitly designated as non-refundable
  • Setup, onboarding, or administrative fees

6. Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an ongoing service at any time by contacting us in writing at support@zuztecmedia.com. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund; any refund will be determined under Section 4 based on the work completed at the time of cancellation. For recurring or subscription services, cancellation must be received at least three (3) business days before the next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@zuztecmedia.com with your order number, the email address or name used at purchase, and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and provide a decision within seven (7) business days.

8. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

We ask that clients contact us directly to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly once we are notified. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of active services. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback we believe to be unwarranted and to provide our payment processor and acquiring bank with documentation of the services rendered, including order records, communications, and proof of delivery.

9. Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to alternative accounts.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
